This policy describes how Granumetrics handles personal data. By using the app or website, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect
- Your email address, for sign-in.
- Company, role, and use-case details you submit through the contact form.
- Billing details needed to process subscriptions, invoices, VAT, and receipts.
- Photos you upload and the measurement data you add to them.
- Analysis results generated from your inputs.
We do not collect your location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not sell your data. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated website usage metrics; it is not advertising tracking and does not use advertising identifiers.
How we use it
We use your data to operate the service you signed up for: processing your photos, storing your results, and keeping your account secure. Legal basis: performance of your contract with us, and our legitimate interest in account security.
Third parties
We use a small number of service providers to run Granumetrics, including hosting and an authentication provider. These providers act on our behalf under written agreements and only process data to deliver their service. Where data is transferred outside the EU, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. A full list of sub-processors is available on request.
- Supabase for authentication and database services.
- Cloudflare R2 for storing uploaded photos, overlays, exports, and report files.
- Stripe for subscription checkout, tax, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Resend for transactional and contact-form email delivery.
- Vercel and our hosting providers for website delivery, application delivery, and aggregated website analytics.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or individual items, we remove them from our active systems; routine backups may retain copies for up to 30 days.
Your rights
Under EU GDPR and Danish law, you can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, or export it. You can also object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email christian277@hotmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
You can also file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so please notify us immediately at the email above if you believe your account has been compromised.
Children
Granumetrics is a professional tool not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account or an in-app notice, and the date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
